Product Description:
The SWI-ECL2 has replaced the SWI-ECL and now supports ALL Eclipse decks that have a wired remote input. The SWI-ECL2 allows the customer to retain the use of their steering wheel or rear seat radio controls when replacing the factory head unit. Works with Eclipse's Steering Remote Ready radios. The SWI-ECL2 also retains the use of heater control buttons on GM vehicles. The SWI-ECL2 features just can't be beat
- Assign the buttons on the steering wheel to any of the 5 specific Eclipse functions. Volume Up, Volume Down, Mode, Track Up, Track Down.
- The SWI-ECL2 is so universal that you only need one SKU# to cover over 95% of the vehicles made from 1986 to current.
- New vehicles coming out every year? No problem! Never be stuck with a vehicle specific type interface.
- The SWI-ECL2 has non-volatile memory which keeps all programming in memory even if the vehicle battery is disconnected
- Great for convertables. Unlike the SWI-X, the SWI-ECL2 does not get affected by sunlight.
- The SWI-ECL2 not only covers Ford, GM or Chrysler/Dodge but also it covers Acura, Audi, BMW, Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Chysler, GMC, Honda, Hummer, Infiniti, Isuzu, Jaguar, Land Rover, Lincoln, Mazda, Mercury, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Oldsmobile, Pontiac, Saab, Toyota and Volkswagan.
