PA12-BMWDSP interface connects iPod to BMW and Mini Cooper OEM audio systems with DSP ( radios that require Digital Audio Input.) 

  • It is not compatible with BMW systems having navigation, DVD, satellite radio, or CD changer.
  • Its on-board software translates commands from your factory radio's CD-changer controls into commands the iPod understands.
  • Interface enables iPod to take the place of a BMW CD-changer and provides the following benefits:
  • Directs the iPod's audio output to your factory audio system
  • Controls the iPod via vehicle's radio and steering wheel controls (when applicable)
  • Charges the iPod's internal battery; charging stops automatically one hour after the iPod is paused, the iPod goes into sleep mode when charging stops

All USA SPEC models are fully compatible with all new iPod versions

 

Combines Multiple modes to Control an iPod .

Use your iPod to create up to 5 favorite mobile play lists. Then, access, play, and control each favorite play list with your factory radio.

Use your radio to select Direct Mode and then Manually control your iPod and complete access all your content. 

  • Access direct mode right from your radio with a touch of a button. 

  • In Direct Mode, radio will controls song up/down and random or shuffle Play. 

User can control all other features of the iPod manually.
